We don't rely on automated scanners

We perform penetration tests and audits manually, using tools matched to the client's environment. A scanner will find known vulnerabilities - our team finds the ones a scanner cannot see.

We help organizations identify vulnerabilities before they are exploited by attackers - and build capabilities that remain within the organization long after the project ends. How we deliver projects

We work in three models - matched to the needs of the organization. One-off projects (tests, audits) run from scoping through to implementation of recommendations. Managed services are a cyclical collaboration with the client's growing independence. The hour pool provides ongoing access to an expert without project-level commitments.

Scope and objectives

We start with a conversation - not by running scanners. Together we determine what is critical to the organization, which threat scenarios are realistic, and what the board expects. Based on this, we select the scope, methodology, and team composition. The result is a scoping document with a clear timeline and terms.
