Terms of Service

1. General provisions

  1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the website available at seqred.pl (hereinafter: the “Website”).
  2. The owner and operator of the Website is SEQRED International Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-697), ul. Rzymowskiego 34 (hereinafter: “SEQRED”).
  3. By using the Website, you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

  • Website - the seqred.pl website together with all its subpages
  • User - any person using the Website
  • Services - cybersecurity services provided by SEQRED, as described on the Website
  • Contact form - an electronic form enabling the submission of an inquiry to SEQRED

3. Rules for using the Website

  1. The Website is informational in nature and serves to present the SEQRED service offering.
  2. Use of the Website is free of charge.
  3. The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these Terms of Service.
  4. The following are prohibited:
    • taking actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Website
    • using Website content in a manner that infringes SEQRED’s copyrights
    • submitting unlawful or offensive content through the forms

4. Contact form

  1. The User may contact SEQRED through the contact form available on the Website.
  2. Submitting a contact form does not constitute entering into a service agreement.
  3. SEQRED will make reasonable efforts to respond to the inquiry within one business day.
  4. The principles governing the processing of personal data submitted through the form are set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Services

  1. The detailed scope, terms, and pricing of cybersecurity services are determined individually under a separate agreement.
  2. Information about services published on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of applicable law, but rather an invitation to negotiate.
  3. The initial consultation (scoping) is free of charge and non-binding.

6. Intellectual property

  1. All content published on the Website, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, and software, is the property of SEQRED or is used under appropriate licenses.
  2. Copying, distributing, or using Website content without the written consent of SEQRED is prohibited.
  3. Articles published in the Blog and Encyclopedia sections may be quoted with attribution and a link to the original publication.

7. Liability

  1. SEQRED makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the Website is current and accurate; however, it does not guarantee its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.
  2. SEQRED shall not be liable for:
    • consequences of using the information published on the Website without consulting a specialist
    • interruptions in Website availability due to technical reasons or force majeure
    • content published on third-party websites linked from the Website
  3. Articles in the Blog and Encyclopedia sections are educational in nature and do not constitute legal advice or implementation recommendations.

8. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website may be submitted to: office@seqred.pl
  2. A complaint should include a description of the issue and contact details enabling a response.
  3. SEQRED will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

9. Amendments to the Terms

  1. SEQRED reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service.
  2. SEQRED will notify Users of significant changes through a notice on the Website.
  3. The current version of the Terms is always available at this address.

10. Final provisions

  1. Matters not covered by these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Poland.
  2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of SEQRED.
  3. These Terms of Service become effective on the date of publication on the Website.
